Character Art Commissions - Closed

Turnover is 2-6 weeks for completion depending on backlog and complexity - more detailed commissions/multiple characters may take longer. I will let you know if there is any delays.

I reserve the right to decline commissions at any time for any reason. This includes work that falls within my "Will Do" section.

The prices listed here cover rights for personal use only. You may not use for print, merchandise purposes etc. For more information on commercial work, please contact me via email at [email protected] with the details of your intended use so we can come to an agreement on commercial rates.

Edits can only be made in the sketch stage so please advise me of any adjustments before the lineart/final sketch is finalised.Please provide plenty of references. The more the merrier. It’s difficult for me to gain an idea of what you need without a visual guide so mood boards or a collection of reference images are very helpful. You can make this on canva or something similar if that helps get your idea across clearly.

Please bear in mind that I will not copy another artists design no matter how close it is to your mental image of your character. We can work together to come up with a unique design. I will NOT accept AI generated images as references.

If you are unable to draw, please use a game character creator like the sims or baldur’s gate 3, a dollmaker app like piccrew or even doodle a stick figure drawing and that will be much more helpful to me than AI or stolen images.

Insufficient visual references will incur an additional design charge of 30% of the total commission cost which is payable by the commissioner before any work begins and will be applied at my own discretion.

I reserve the rights to all non-commercial work. I will display this work on my socials and website for portfolio purposes. If the piece is fan-art of a character not belonging to you, I may request permission to sell prints of the finished piece.

Please let me know if you need me to delay uploading to my social media pages in the case of gifting purposes.

You must not use non-commercial work for profit, present it in a manner that implies that it is your own work or alter/edit it to appear as such.I would prefer that you share the work directly from my page rather than uploading seperately. If uploading to social media please tag me @doodlemart (and link back to my Ko-Fi page where possible).

No Refunds will be provided for cancelled commissions by the customer. I will not personally cancel your commission unless I am unable to complete your commission for emergency reasons or I have decided I no longer wish to continue the transaction (due to breach of t&cs or for any other reason).

Under no circumstances is my work to be used for the purposes of NFTs or other crypto purposes. You must not upload the work to any AI software or sites. I do not and never will consent to this.
